BURSAGAZ MAKES IT EVEN EASIER TO OBTAIN EXCAVATION PERMITS
Constantly striving to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction, Bursagaz has recently made it even easier for Bursa's residents to apply for and receive excavation permits via the internet.
With a new service, Bursagaz now allows individuals to apply for excavation permits through the company's website. With this system, residents of Bursa can have their excavation permits approved on-line, without the need for a trip to Bursagaz's office.
The records show that in 2007 the total number of individual (non-corporate) excavations exceeded 2000, with around 5% of these occurring without the required permit. The average annual cost of damage to the natural gas infrastructure as a result of these excavations exceeded 50.000 TL, which constitutes a significant threat to a secure, safe and consistent natural gas supply for all users and residents of the city.
Thanks to this new online application service, it is expected that the number of illegal excavations throughout Bursa will be minimized, resulting in a more secure and continuous natural gas for all.
