
Bursagaz, a leader in the numerous sectors in which it operates, continues to be at the forefront with the special value it attaches to its personnel. Bursagaz carries out many activities like the Bowling Tournament in order to increase the motivation and satisfaction of its employees, to bolster their sense of belonging and to strengthen the relationships among them.
Within this framework, Bursagaz gathered all its employees together in the Annual Bowling Tournament, held in the Anatolium Rainbowl Bowling Hall. Thanks to this tournament, with its strong but light-hearted competition, the employees of Bursagaz had the opportunity to forget their heavy work loads and have fun together. The tournament attracted considerable participation and received thumbs up from the employees of Bursagaz.
In the Bowling Tournament, 220 employees participated as 36 teams: the team Gonk placed first, Altın Oklar second and 1. Anatolium Seferi rounded out the top three. In addition, the best female player was Sevim Demir from the Directorate of Information Technologies and the best male player was the Security Officer Onay Solmaz.
In addition to medals and cups, gift checks were presented to each player of the winning teams and the best female and male players. Gifts to the 3rd-place team were presented by Director of Operation and Maintenance Nurettin Erikçi, gifts to the 2nd-place team were given by Technical Vice General Director Şükrü Özden, and gifts to the 1st-place team were bestowed by the General Director of Bursagaz Ahmet Hakan Tola.
General Director of Bursagaz Ahmet Hakan Tola made a speech after the tournament and explained that the company is currently experiencing a very dynamic tempo. Adding that Bursagaz has planned and realized many projects this year, Tola stressed that the company organizes these periodic activities to improve employees' relationships with one other.
Emphasizing that the motivation of all employees is important for them as a corporation, Tola affirmed that Bursagaz supports all kinds of cultural, arts and sports activities. Tola concluded his speech by saying “We organize various activities to help our employees move away from their heavy work load. We will continue to organize such activities to enable our employees to be together.”
