BURSAGAZ OPENED ITS DOORS TO CORPORATIONS ON THE JOURNEY TOWARD CORPORATE EXCELLENCE
As an institution which holds the EFQM European Quality Award, BURSAGAZ shared its applications of excellence with other companies within the sector.
Directors of leading companies in the sector participated in a technical visit to Bursagaz that was organized on December 21 by the Kalder Bursa Branch. In the technical visit, information about the 2010 version of Bursagaz’s EFQM Model, strategic planning and change models were provided and corporations were given tips about quality reward processes. Director of Kalder Bursa Branch Emin Direkçi thanked Bursagaz for the support it provided and General Director of Bursagaz Ahmet Hakan Tola stated that they are an example for many corporations within and outside the sector in terms of corporate excellence, that they are very glad to host comparison activities and that they create added value by contributing not only to their own development but also to the development of other companies. Tola thanked all the participants for their interest and urged that they integrate new approaches to their systems by continuing sustainability in process.
Throughout the presentation by Bursagaz Management Systems Supervisor Tuğçe Balarısı, responses were provided to participants' questions about the EFQM process and information was also presented about local, national and European quality awards.
