Within the scope of this training, coordinated by lecturer Uğur Öz from the Vocational School of Technical Sciences Department of Gas and Installation Technologies and delivered by Project Expert Rıfat Kurtuluş, real life applications were provided to 32 students to complement the theoretical information typically learned in the classroom setting. After the training, the students completed an applied exam that was evaluated as their second midterm grade.
Commenting about the training, Kurtuluş explained that Bursagaz acts with an awareness of being a brand deeply rooted in Bursa and thus the company supports social responsibility projects within the community as often as possible. Emphasizing that the most important facet of university-private Sector cooperation is “the necessity of applied training in addition to theoretical training," Kurtuluş stressed that Bursagaz is always willing to share its extensive accumulation of knowledge and experience in order to help train the next generation within the sector.
